1) Who we are

This website is operated under the trading name "Buy All Caravans", which is a trading name of Selling Your Caravan Ltd.

2) Acceptance of these Terms

By using this website, submitting a form, or contacting us via this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

3) Our service

We provide information and a way for owners to request valuations/quotes and potentially sell a caravan/motorhome to us.

Any valuation or offer is subject to the terms below and is not binding unless and until we confirm the purchase and both parties agree final terms (e.g., by written confirmation and completion documents).

4) Provisional valuations and conditional offers (important)

4.1 Any valuation, estimate, price range, or offer we provide (online, by phone, or by message) is provisional and based on the information you provide.

4.2 Final pricing is confirmed only after inspection and verification checks. If inspection identifies faults, damp/water ingress, damage, missing items, undisclosed history, outstanding finance, incorrect details, or any other material differences from what was described, we may reduce or withdraw the offer.

4.3 Examples of material differences include (without limitation): damp/water ingress, delamination, soft floors, chassis corrosion, accident/impact damage, non-functioning appliances, structural repairs, missing keys/documents, incorrect year/model/spec, undisclosed modifications, or any undisclosed faults.

5) Your responsibilities (accurate information)

You must ensure all information you provide is accurate, complete, and not misleading, including vehicle condition, faults, history, damp, finance status, write-off status, ownership and authority to sell.

6) Ownership, authority and documentation

If you proceed to sell to us, you confirm you are the legal owner or have authority to sell and will provide reasonable documentation required to complete the transaction (which may include proof of identity/address and documents relating to the vehicle).

7) Appointments, viewings and collections

Appointment times are estimates and may change due to operational factors. You must ensure safe access to the vehicle. We may decline to proceed if access is unsafe or if information supplied is materially inaccurate.

8) Payment

Payment method and timing will be agreed at the point of purchase. We may require verification checks before payment. We may refuse to proceed where we reasonably suspect fraud or unlawful activity.

9) Lead sharing / introductions to third parties ("BuyLeisureLeads")

9.1 If we decide not to purchase your vehicle, we may be able to introduce you to third-party dealers/buyers who may make their own offers.

9.2 Where you provide the relevant permission (for example by ticking a consent box), you agree that we may share/supply your enquiry details with selected third parties (including via buyleisureleads.co.uk). We may receive a fee for providing these leads.

9.3 Third parties act independently and will set their own prices/terms. We are not responsible for their actions, communications, offers, or contracts. You should review their terms and privacy policy before proceeding with them.

9.4 You can withdraw consent to further sharing at any time by contacting info@buyallcaravans.co.uk. Withdrawal will not affect any sharing that has already occurred before your request.

10) User content (photos/videos/documents you send)

If you send us content, you confirm you have the right to provide it and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for valuation, administration, verification, dispute handling, and (where you have consented) sharing with third-party buyers for quotation purposes.

11) Intellectual property

All site content, logos and design are owned by or licensed to Selling Your Caravan Ltd. You may not copy or reuse it without permission except as permitted by law.

12) Reviews, complaints and false statements

We welcome genuine feedback. However, you must not publish or submit statements about us that are false, misleading, or defamatory. Where we reasonably believe a review or statement is untrue or materially misleading (including by omission of key facts), we may respond with factual clarification and may request removal from the relevant platform and/or seek appropriate legal remedies. We will handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy when responding.

13) Website availability and disclaimers

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Information on the website is general and does not constitute legal or professional advice.

14) Limitation of liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death/personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

Subject to the above, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, loss of business, loss of goodwill, or losses arising from reliance on provisional valuations/offers that are subject to inspection/verification.

Our total liability for any claim connected with use of this website is limited to £250 (except where prohibited by law). For clarity, this cap applies to website use only and does not limit liability arising under any separate written vehicle purchase agreement entered into between you and us.

15) Privacy

We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

16) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the effective date updated. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.

17) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in Scotland/Northern Ireland may also bring proceedings in their local courts.
